These are used hose clamps that bolt to the body and lateral A/C bracket. These were dipped in a rubber like substance to prevent chaffing. The ones that we have available may have some cracking or damage to this coating. It should be easy to 'dip' them again with the product that is available in most hardware stores. We normally see 2 of these clamps, securing the hoses on most cars. Replaces Ford part number 374125-S100.
This is the correct battery hold down clamp for the 1971, 1972 or 1973 Mercury Cougar & Ford Mustang. Ford Part #: D0OZ-10718-B. Note: The battery hold down clamp offered by many Mustang / Cougar vendors as "Concours Correct" is actually for the 1974 - 1978 Cougar / Mustang.
