This vacuum actuated door assembly was used on several performance motors without Ram Air. When extra air was needed under heavy acceleration the vacuum actuator opened the door on the side of the air cleaner base. The actuator on this unit needs to be rebuilt so this is considered a good core only.

Now you can replace this original part, which is commonly stripped out, with a nice reproduction. Must be welded to floor pan. 6 total per car, 2 inboard in the transmission tunnel, and 4 on the rear seat pans. Stamped steel floor pan drain caps used to plug oval holes in the front or rear floors. Economy grade reproduction floor pan plug that closely resembling the originals. Complete with rough stampings made from galvanized steel.

Passenger side (right hand) front seat floor pan. This pan is cut from the full floor pans in order to save on shipping costs when a customer does not need the entire length pan. Good reproduction reinforcing plate, contours are like the C5ZZ-7610962-A plate which was used through 1970. Thick steel like the originals, and with same contours. This driver side moulding is correct for convertible. On convertibles the top portion is trimmed to allow it to slide under the sun visor bracket. The engineering number imprinted on the back is D1ZB-6503599 for 1971-1972 and D3ZB-6503599 for 1973. Convertibles show the same casting numbers on the part, but are a modified before assembly. This is the "Chrome" trim across the top of the windshield on the inside. This piece will need to be sandblasted and repainted. Many people have chromed these, but because of Federal safety regulations from the factory they were painted satin silver.Ford Part Number: D1ZZ-7603606-A.

This pair of reproduction convertible top hooks are beautifully chrome plated and features correct thread size. Looks close to original. These hooks are actually for 71 - 73 Cougars and Mustangs, but will work just fine on the 69 - 70.

Ford part number D2AZ-9A603-D (outer section) and Ford part number D2AZ-9A603-C (inner section) make up this two piece shroud for the 1972 - 1973 Q code 351-4V engine. This inner shield conforms to the 351-4V cast iron exhaust manifold only and the outer portion fits both the 2V and 4V.

Ford part number D2AZ-9A603-D (outer section) and D2AZ-9A603-B (inner section) make up this two piece metal shroud for all 1972 - 1973 H code 351-2V engines. The outer shield section is common to both 2V and 4V 1972 - 1973 351c engines but the inner is unique to the 2V.

C5ZZ-7610962-A Ford description of this plate is "Plate - Front floor lower cross member". All 1967-73 Cougar convertibles and all 1965-73 Ford Mustang convertibles use this plate. Bolts into place with 6 hex bolts 3/8-16 x 1-1/8" with washers. These were painted satin black from the factory. As you look at our picture below you will see the repro is about half the thickness. The repro is different in every detail but will work. We also have used plates with minor damage at a reduced cost.

Unique to the 1973 Mercury Cougar and Ford Mustang with 351 engines. This is a two piece ducting that connects to the air cleaner snorkel with a flex tube. Hard to find in this condition, the lower section has a metal tab that gets corrosion from the battery. Sold as a two piece set, Grade A will have undamaged mounting tabs. The Ford MPC specifies that this is only for the 351-2V and 351-CJ (351-4V) engines.Ford part number D3ZF-9A624-A.

Unique to the 1973 Mercury Cougar and Ford Mustang with 351 engines. This is a two piece ducting that connects to the air cleaner snorkel with a flex tube. The grade B lower section will have a broken, or damaged metal tab from battery corrosion. Sold as a two piece set, Grade A will have undamaged mounting tabs. The Ford MPC specifies that this is only for the 351-2V and 351-CJ (351-4V) engines.Replaces Ford part number D3ZF-9A624-A.

Older used aluminum intake manifold. Port size is for the 2V cylinder heads. Perfect for adding a 4 barrel carburetor to a stock 351 Cleveland 2V engine.

Lightly used intake manifold cast aluminum 427-4V medium riser. Blue Thunder casting 427MR-4V. Has the oil fill tube in front, dual plane, and the road draft provision in the back. Very tall manifold, likely to not fit under the stock hood of a Cougar or Mustang. Do your research on this, if you know, you know. We don't. Small portion on the driver side front has been lightly ground down, likely for a coil. No other issues noted.
