Clean cores are required for this service, cores that are turned in for this service that are kinked, heavily pitted or mouldings with several holes drilled into them are not worth restoring. That being said, often all of the gravel pitting usually found at the front cannot completely be removed as it would result in a product that will be too thin.

If your original is pitted or has come apart this will easily snap in place to remedy the problem. The finish on the repro differs a little from original.

The High tone is indicated in raised letters located on the perimeter of the horn.
