Used Hurst built 4 speed manual shift control assembly for the Mercury Cougar or Ford Mustang equipped with the manual transmission. This assembly includes the shifter mechanism, shift rods, and shift lever. The Ford MPC states that this same shifter was used on all V8 Mustangs and Cougars. Used automatic shifter bezel / indicator assembly for all Mercury Cougar and Ford Mustang with or without consoles. These are the best used ones from our inventory. These will have some minor issues with the chrome plating and most often need some detailing on the black pebble grain. Consider also purchasing a new seal, shift indicator lenses may or may not meet your requiements. Doesn't meet your requirements? Metal core base as original, correct texture. If you have a 1970 with a Hurst four speed then the one with the rectangular hole is correct for the Hurst shifter. Replaces Ford part # C9ZZ-7277-A. Check out this video
Not a very good color match for Cougar owners, but will work well with blue interiors.Stunning quality and far less likely to crack than the originals. The 67 version was actually a little different than 68 - 73 but you would have to look close to see the difference. Check out this video
D0ZZ-7210-B Chromed "Hurst" labeled shifter for all 1970 - 1971 Mercury Cougar and Ford Mustangs with factory installed 4 speed transmissions. Tough part to find loose, most will be attached to the correct vintage Hurst Competition shifter mechanism. The 1970 Ford master part number is D0ZZ-7210-B, 1971 is D1ZZ-7210-A. NOTE: We've found that these reproduction caps take metric bolts. Individual reproduction shock tower cap or coil spring cover in black for the Mercury Cougar and Ford Mustang. These are not side specific and two are required per car. Replaces Ford part # C7ZZ-18A017-A.
