Used single hole front mount center visor bracket for the 1969 / 1970 Mercury Cougar and Ford Mustang hard tops.  The colors don't always match the seat color, so plan on spraying these with vinyl paint to match your interior. A very common breaking point on the upper portion of the driver side inner, can now be easily repaired. If you have a '68 or '69 Cougar or Mustang, check the driver seat back attachment for the recall / campaign fix. There should be a heavy bracket secured by a bolt over the seat back attachment. These are often cracked or collapsed causing your seats to lean back too far. One kit does one seat, two kits required per car.*NOTE* Don't discard your original screws! The screws supplied with this kit have a head that is just slightly smaller than original so when you really tighten the screws down the head goes right on through the stop! This dealer option was installed for people who were not comfortable with the height of their seats. This same kit was used on many intermediate Ford Products from 1965-1970. Contrary to what you might think at first glance, the support rods used in 1969 - 1970 Cougar headliners are not the same front to back. Each of the rods is bowed to a different curve. To replace a headliner and make it look right, you must keep the rods in the same order as they came out of the original headliner. 5 Rods total. Once installed in the car, each rod should be about the same distance from the roof as the other rods. WCCC marks the bows with a sharpie pen, 1 hash mark, 2 hash...

Pair of used wire anchors for keeping the rear most headliner bow stationary. These are fragile wires, and prone to rusting. We try to keep them in inventory. 1969-70 anchor wires are 3-1/16 inches long. A DIY person can improvise these pretty easy, using lengths of regular wire.
