If you want to install factory shoulder belts on your 1967 Cougar or Mustang, you need to install these shoulder belt brackets. It's a threaded block inserted into the clip that holds it in place. 67 Cougars and Mustangs didn't come with shoulder belts, but the raised area where these brackets attach is still present. Simply clip the bracket in place. Now you've got what you need to bolt that shoulder belt in place. Keep in mind that you need to have the correct lap belt configuration to be...
Attaches to the console shifter bezel on any 1967-68 Mercury Cougar or Ford Mustang. We occasionally have these available when we get broken console bezels. This surround or "U" plate was originally attached with heat to pin connectors. To reattach we suggest using glue. This U part attaches to the bottom of the console shifter bezel and shrouds the light. Check out this video

Fine scratches but great for the guy who wants original. The Reproduction does not have the II-DMI-6 lettering at the bottom like this original. You will have to carefully peel (roll back) the aluminum backing that is glued in place before gluing it in your mirror. If you use needle nose pliers and take your time it usually works fine. This tube is embedded into the cylinder head making it rather difficult to remove intact. Note that the nut and ferrule assembly is made of two pieces, with the ferrule being a compression fitting used to secure the smog tubes to a series of ports on the cylinder head. Sold individually, 8 total needed for smog installation. Application is 1967 - 1970 390, 427. 428CJ engines. In 1975 Ford started making these out of stainless steel. Used exhaust manifold spacer without butterfly valve for use on 1967 to mid 1968 Mercury Cougar, Mercury Cyclone, Ford Fairlane, and Ford Mustang with 390 or 427-4V engines. Used spacer for the lower windshield moulding on any 1967-68 Mercury Cougar or Ford Mustang. Set of 4 used on the lower windshield moulding. There are notches on the outer ends for the location.
