NOS speedometer for the 67-68 Mercury Cougar. This unit must have been hand spun a few times over the years because the last digit reads between 7 and 8.

Used speedometer cable from a 1967-68 Mercury Cougar or Ford Mustang with 4 speed transmission. These are assembly line used and would have had a Ford number of C7ZF-17260-A or C7ZZ-17260-J. The only Cougar that we know came factory equipped with this part is the Cobra Jet. According to the Master Parts Catalog (MPC), any Cougar with a 3.91 or 4.11 rear end and a C-6 would have been equipped with this reducer. Replaces Ford Part #: C8ZZ-17294-A.

Far superior to the reproductions offered, these used fillers are crack free with minimal scratches and no missing chunks. Just use soap, water and steel wool to clean them up. The Ford engineering number imprinted on the part is C7WB-65280A95-A on the driver side and C7WB-65280A94-A.
