1968 Mercury Cougar

Core regulator assembly or brain box for factory speed control on a early 1968-69 Mercury Cougar or Ford Mustang. This is the Perfect Circle regulator assembly. Basic Ford part number is 9D757, research has not turned up the complete Ford number possibly C8VY-9D757-A. Core grade, most likely will need servicing or repair. Bare unit, no brackets, wiring or cables. *Note - We do not have the tools or know how to test this unit.

This is a replacement relay for the discontinued original FoMoCo relays.  It does not appear in the same form factor, but will work just fine. The original is a metal cased unit, the replacement is plastic.  Original relays are marked either C7ZA-3E553-A (1967) or  C8ZA-3E553-A (1968 & 1969) on the mounting tab.
