This part is correct in all ways. The windshield wiper mounts have the threaded nuts built in to the pan. Best way to insure your Cougar wont leak in the future...but it is a big job.

My old cowl was rusted out. This was a great replacement.

The quality of this looks spot on. Hopefully installing it won’t be a bear
