1445 bulb for shift indicator and others

I bought 2 of these for my shift indicator on the automatic transmission (1967 XR7 with console) in case the LED was too bright. My review of the LED shows I'm very happy with it, not too bright for me although I don't drive at night. My guess is that the LED is 10-20% brighter than the 1445 bulb but that's not too bright for me. This 1445 bulb works fine for the shift indicator light but since it works elsewhere (ashtray, speedometer, heater light, etc.) I'll keep the LED in the shift indicator and use the 1445 elsewhere.
