Fit exactly and look just like originals. It's nice not to hear the rod rattle on the door.

Very cheap product. The short and brittle plastic retainer tabs make it difficult for it to stay on the door panel. The small tabs are also getting broken very easily. I think that the stainless tab is a better choice. Don't waste your money on this.

These grommets do not fit in door panel and very poor quality. Fit is loose and grommet will not snap in place as intended. Do NOT buy these low quality grommets, you WILL be disappointed.

Poor design does not fit the contour of the door. Does not stay seated in the door panel due to short plastic retainer clips on the underside. The overall quality was sub par would not recommend.
