I purchased these for another vehicle my 92 Dodge W250. They fit well and were definitely brighter and have held up well in a vehicle that tends to ride like lumber wagon. I am happy with the purchase and will purchase them again for other vehicles and my motorcycle. I did get a digital turn signal relay but had to leave the turn signal light on the dash with an incandescent light other wise I still got the hyper flash.
The product is fantastic no doubt, very bright and very true to the color of red with a minor caveat. My only gripe albeit very minor, is that I thought that there would've been more of a difference in light output between the parking light and when the brake is pressed. If the parking light leds weren't as bright, the end result would be far more dramatic but none the less, these leds are the bomb and perform superbly. In fact I'm so impressed with them that I had ordered 4 turn signals and reverse bulbs after experiencing these ones. Buy them, you'll be happy and your ride will like sharp...
Ordered the Plasma LED's in Red for my Moto Guzzi tail lights (takes 2 bulbs). With just one replaced, the brake lights didn't function. When I replaced both, it worked as it should. before installing the lens cover, my buddy stood behind while I applied the brakes. With my old LED bulbs, the brightness was maybe 35% brighter. With the Plasma Bulbs, it was well over double the brightness, and my friend was seeing spots for a couple of minutes afterwards. With lenses on, it is still startlingly brighter, and the color is just as it should be. Quite a safety improvement in my view. Tailgaters beware...
Bulbs are bright and upgrade the light output of traditional tail light bulbs significantly. Moreover, finding these from a trusted source for a better price is difficult work. I am glad WCC is willing to offer the quality product they do at this price point. Very fair.
The old 1157 taillight bulbs in my '63 Falcon were barely visible in daylight. In bright sun, folks behind me couldn't see my turn signals or brake lights. I needed something better. I was hesitant about LEDs due to the low current draw causing flasher issues and the generally poor fit & quality of the first generation bulbs. I read some great reviews on these bulbs so I decided to give them a try. These bulbs are AWESOME! Perfect fit, no flasher issues and BRIGHT! Turn Signals now have a distinct on/off that really catches the eye and the brightness of the turn signals and brake lights can be easily seen in even the brightest sunlight! I will be absolutely be purchasing another set for my 63 Mercury Comet.
The bulbs I purchased , Plasma LED, burnt out after less than half an hour of use. The "old" LEDs that I had replaced with these, are still working and back in my vehicle. ( they were three years old.) Nothing wrong with the wiring in my car.
These are amazing how bright they are I ordered the cheap knockoffs on eBay and like the video states there's hardly no difference between brake lights and running lights there is definitely a difference with these.
Made a Huge difference in the brightness of the lights. For $31.04 shipped to the door its a great safety upgrade. Would recommend to anyone who drives their classic car.
