The panel I received was straight and looked in good shape for the most part. I really only needed the skin but I was sent practically 1/4 of the car! It came with the rear frame rail and leaf spring mounting locations, which would be good to know for some who might need these areas as well. I didn't, so I'm sure that only increased my shipping costs! Also, be aware that at the time of my order, the checkout system made absolutely no mention of any crating fees, so you might be getting a call about those after you go through the checkout process. As for the quarter panel, once I chemical stripped the areas i needed for my car, I noticed that there was indeed excess body filler covering rust, as mentioned in the description, mainly in the usual areas at the bottom of the panel, both in front of and behind the rear wheel. Luckily I only needed the top section of the panel where someone hit my car and wrinkled it, so this worked for me in my case. If you need any of the metal around 6" from the bottom, be aware that it'll probably be rusted and paper thin, so think about a patch panel instead.
