I’ve been waiting for this part to come available again for quite some time. My tilt away steering has been intermittent for a couple years and stopped working all together 6 months ago. I have tried several generic check valve and none worked well. I finally got this new repro piece. 5 mins later it’s installed and my tilt away has been working EVERY TIME for a month now.

A great product and an easy install. I even purchased one for my 1969 Camaro RS-this is a better product than the GM part.
Headlights did not work with engine off--found that although reservoir held vacuum, my check valve was not allowing air flow on the double nipple side of the valve. Installed this and now my headlight doors operate whether the engine is running or not. Looks identical to the original part. Also replaced my tilt away check valve too just to ensure future proper operation and no leaks.
