Received these knobs quickly, high quality, good fit, nice look with the padded console in my 1967 standard.
Could not tell the difference with the original set I had.
this won't even come close to inserting om the KHE-300 unless a rubber mallet is used. Knowing myself, i abstained from doing that. The buttons that do come with it simply DO NOT fit with a console ('68 XR7)

Excellent craftmenship! I have a 1967 Cougar with the padded console with an aftermarket AM/FM radio (Custom Autosound). Apparently these knobs only work with factory radios. So the knob shafts were too long.

Music is important to me. So is originality. So when it came time to choose a sound system for my car's restoration, I picked my original factory AM radio - but had it upgraded internally by Aurora Design! Now it's AM, FM, Bluetooth, and plays MP3s! With 45 per channel, and no new lights or buttons, it's the perfect centerpiece to my car's audio. These knobs made it look new again. They are perfect.
I ordered these for a Custom Autosound Cougar radio in hopes of lengthening the knobs to work better in my padded console. I can't even get them onto the radio knobs. They're being relegated to an OEM radio restoration project, but I hear that they don't fit that well either. I'd avoid them unless you're desperate.
