I ordered the part based mostly on the website description for the model year. I received order confirmation but only was told it was shipped, no tracking information was provided. It showed up in a cardboard box just big enough for the two springs. Although they were seperated by a cardboard insert the box itself was not padded and as such there are smaller than dime size areas on the springs where the outer coating has been worn off. Nothing significant, I will paint and correct before installing. I haven't installed them yet as the rear springs haven't arrived either and like the front springs I have no idea when they might show up. I HOPE that when it comes to install the correct part was ordered and that they fit right. We will see. Other than no tracking info and nobody returns a phone call, so far I am OK with the purchase.
