If you are planning on taking a trip to see us it is always wise to call ahead of time. If you have any questions or are looking for a part that we do not have listed on our website, please feel free to contact us. If we do not have the part, we more than likely can help point you in the right direction.

We want this to be much more than just a place to buy parts from.

For example:

• Under many of the listings I do a "Tip" section. You may have found a simple way to test a certain part, fix it or install it that others may benefit from. Let us know, if we use your well written helpful "Tip" we will offer you a discount on a future purchase.
• If you know of a supplier that we need to be in contact with, please let us know and again, we will find a way to reward you!
• If you see a mistake here (and there are bound to be many) please do inform us (another discount opportunity?).

On items that are rare and expensive keep us in mind if you know where we could purchase more. On some of the items you will notice a rather big price tag-which may cause you to think "These people must not want to sell this very badly". This may indeed be the truth as we are always fixing up several Cougars and use our own inventory daily, and we try to price rare items so they are there for the guy who really needs them.

As you peruse eBay, swap meets, club newsletters and the like, it is our hope that you will return to our store often for a pictorial guide to help navigate the Cougar parts maze out there. We want your business more than anyone else and will work harder than anyone else to keep it!

Due to the recent increased popularity of the 1967-1973 Mercury Cougar combined with the success of our website, you may find at times it is very hard to contact us via phone. As those who visit us in person will attest to, often our phone lines are wall to wall calls all day long. As soon as one call is ended another comes in. We have ceased all advertising except for our online presence. We understand many of you have questions that cannot be answered by navigating our website or have parts needs that have yet to be listed on our site. Your business is still very important to us and will always be as long I am in charge. We have recently hired new staff that will be working to make the website easier to navigate, feature more photos and "how to" instructions as well as adding thousands of additional new and used products to our current offerings. In time, our website will become the Gold Standard for everything Cougar. We did not get here on our own and we fully realize it...
