In 1967 - 1968 there were eight per wheel lip moulding, two per fender extension moulding, two per center grille moulding and five per hood lip moulding for a total of 50 screws. The 289 used a transverse muffler with hangers on either end and dual exhaust was not an option. The 289 Cougars for 1967 also did not use a tail pipe hanger like their 390 brethren did, the tail pipes were free hanging. We have observed in the many 1967 parts cars in our yard that many Cougars have had an after market tail pipe hanger installed at some point. Many Cougars have a hanger welded or bolted to the passenger side tie down bracket.

This is by far the best, most correct FE pan ever offered. Very accurate reproduction of the C6OZ-6675-A oil pan used first on the 1966 Fairlane and Comet with one of the 390 CI optional engines. It is 100% correct for 1968 and early 1969 428CJ. It is not 100% correct for the 428SCJ but still a good alternative.

This clip attaches the rear edge of the Xr7 overhead console to the support bracket. In 1968 the more common door panel clip was used for this application. The door panel clip can also be used for your 1967 model, we recommend the used clip over the new one.

This unique little clip looks a lot like the more common door panel clip but on close inspection you will find it is different. Whereas there are slots for three of these per side, only two per side were installed at the factory.Replaces Ford part number 352775-S100.

This is a very specialized screw that you do not want to fail or make do with an incorrect fitting or stripped screw.
