Engine oil dipstick as found on most any 1967 Ford with 289 engines (C, A, or K Code). This has the correct small shield as found on 1967 and earlier cars, starting in 1968 this dip stick gained a larger 'bell' shaped shield that went over the dip stick tube. Ford used several different suppliers and there are differences that show up in the finger handle as shown. Top of the shield to the dip stick end is approximately 19.40 inches. The handles appear to have been painted black originally.
