This product is an NOS Part.
NOS items are OEM parts from Ford that have been sitting on shelves or in warehouses for years. These are often great examples of the orignal parts, but they may have scratches or other shelf wear.
However be aware that some NOS parts are "service replacement" parts. "Service replacement" parts are not exact replacements of the parts that were installed at the factory, but are what Ford considered as "good enough" and were used at Ford dealerships after the original supply of parts was exhausted.

NOS 1969 Mercury Competition Team pamphlet. These packets were handed out to Mercury team dragsters in order to log their run times. Once you logged enough class wins, the concept was to mail the pamphlet to the Mercury Competition Team Headquarters and claim your Mercury Competition Team Driver's Award Certificate. Originally these booklets included stickers and decals, but those seem to be missing from this particular booklet. Also included is an order form from that year to get your hands on a "handsome jacket to tell the world that you've joined the win crowd".
