This used intermittent wiper switch has a two speed wiper function, but when turned counter clockwise, it has a rheostat that sets the different delay times. Switches can be physically marked with casting numbers of C9ZB-17A553-E, C9ZF-17A553-B or C9ZF-17A553-C. This is a very rare option for the 1969 - 1970 Mercury Cougar, Ford Mustang, and Shelby Mustang. It utilizes a center dash AC vent to blow fresh air into the cabin. The heater box is very similar to the standard heater box / plenum but has the vacuum switch and bracket mounted to the top. This is a complete set of Deluxe (chrome bands on buckles) safety belts removed from a 1969 hardtop minus torx bolt hardware. The set consists of two front retractors (they are not side specific) that measure 22" fully extended tip to tip, four lap belts bonded in pairs with the shoulder portion measuring 45" and the lap belt portion measuring 30" total length. Good used axle vent nipple or tube. This vent tube screws into the top of the rear axle and is a breather / vent to equalize the pressure inside the axle tube. Fits both 8 inch and 9 inch rear axles. Both deluxe and standard use the same retractor in 1968 - 1969 and left is the same design as right. Grade "A" retractors will show no fading or cracks on the holster / retractor cover, good chrome buckle and may even still have the date code tag sewn in place. This rubber plug is found on the bottom side of 68 and 69 Cougars without tilt column. It covers the access hole for the bolt that removes the column head / collar. Used vacuum hose for the steering column release valve used in the Mercury Cougar or Ford Mustang equipped with the tilt / tilt away steering column.
