Rebuildable core carburetor with proper numbers, we don't always have the factory Ford Autolite tag that was affixed to the top. This unit was actually rebuilt and never used.

Nice reproduction D0OZ-17C583-A windshield wiper stop as found on any 1971-73 Mercury Cougar, 1971-73 Ford Mustang, 1970-71 Ford Torino, or 1970-71 Mercury Cyclone. Zinc plated and rubber dipped like OEM Ford. Cougar and Mustang use one of these in the center, not sure about the Torino. Replaces Ford part number D0OZ-17C583-A.

Stainless steel throttle pedal surround trim. Self attaching to part number D1ZZ-9735-B. This used part may have some wear, but will not have broken tabs. Fine steel wool really shines these up. It appears that this trim may not have been used all the way through 1973. Ford probably eliminated it as a cost saving measure.

Bracket mounts to top of stock cast iron Cleveland intake manifold, holding the throttle cable. All 351C engines, 351-2V and 351-4V. This 1/2" tall unique little screw was used on several different trim parts on the early Mercury Cougars. You will notice the reproduction has a larger head (The two on the right in the lower picture are repros) than both of the used versions typically found on 67-73 Cougars. This 1/2" tall unique little screw was used on several different trim parts on the early Mercury Cougars. In 1967 - 1968 there were eight per wheel lip moulding, two per fender extension moulding, two per center grille moulding and five per hood lip moulding for a total of 50 screws. In 1969-1973 they were used on the wheel lips mouldings. The 1971 - 1973 hood lip mouldings used the same screw but it was 5/8" tall.

Used plastic clip for the Mercury Cougar or Ford Mustang.

This "D" clip is larger than that found on the Mustangs and 1967 Cougar because it not only hung the wiring loom on the driver side of your engine compartment but also the vacuum lines going to the headlight switch. This clip is also found under the starter solenoid and under dash.

D1ZE-9431-B 351-4V Cleveland factory original cast iron exhaust manifold for driver side. At some point there may have been a D1ZE-9431-BA casting number used, which may be substituted as per the Master Parts Catalog. *351C-4V exhaust manifolds only match up to factory 4V intake manifold ports and some aftermarket aluminum intakes such as offered by Weiand and Edelbrock.

D3ZF-9600-BA Air cleaner base for all 1973 Q code 351CJ engines. About 16.75" inches in diameter. Ford part number D3ZZ-9600-B.

This vacuum actuated door assembly was used on several performance motors without Ram Air. When extra air was needed under heavy acceleration the vacuum actuator opened the door on the side of the air cleaner base. The actuator on this unit needs to be rebuilt so this is considered a good core only.

Every horn is bench tested and inspected for cosmetic defects, if they do not function properly, and pass a visual inspection, they get recycled. The used horns at WCCC can be used as-is or you can clean and detail them for you show car.

Tested and working used pair of Hi and Lo tone horns. 1971-73 Mercury Cougar used part number C8DF-13802-A and D0DF-13801-A. The High tone is indicated in raised letters located on the perimeter of the horn. The 1971-73 almost uses the same horn and bracket as the 1967-68, but was mounted at a different angle, so if you have a 1971-73 you will need to loosen the screw that holds the horn to the bracket and rotate the horn to the correct position.  These horns are close but not actually correct for a Cougar. 1967-68 Cougars used part number C7WF-13802-B Lo / C7WF-13801-B Hi and 1971-73 used D0DF-13802-A Lo /...

Used battery tray, may not be exactly like the assembly line tray. Group 27 battery tray is typical for cars with air conditioning and higher amp alternators. Fits 1971-73 Mercury Cougar and Ford Mustang. Also 1970-71 Ford Torino and Mercury Cyclone and variants of the B or C midsize Ford and Mercury bodied cars. Used condition, minor pitting as shown. Mint condition part that is almost always missing on cars equipped with group 27 battery. Great addition to your 1970 BOSS 302 Eliminator. Also correct for Mustang and Torino. This is one of the smallest "Cougar" emblems ever put on a Mercury Cougar. Only the 70-73 two spoke cat and xr7-G shift handle Cougar was smaller. It is also the most delicate! Very unusual to find the tail and all limbs intact on this fragile little kitty. Silver spray paint will make this cat look new again, they did not have a chrome finish from the factory. Now that we have reproduced this emblem there is little incentive to purchase this over-priced used emblem.

This is the 100% correct Ford original battery hold down clamp. Stamped with D0OB10755A. Ford Part #: D0OZ-10718-B. Note: The battery hold down clamp offered by many Mustang / Cougar vendors as "Concours Correct" is actually for the 1974 - 1978 Cougar /  Mustang.

This little emblem was used only on the two spoke steering wheels from 1969 - 1973. We can pretty much guarantee one if not both of the two mounting studs will be broken but because of the way it fits into the recess of the steering wheel pad, gluing it into place is not a problem. We rarely have an emblem this nice in stock for more than a few weeks of any one year as the tail was prone to breaking off as well as the "cats" other limbs. This little emblem was used only on the two spoke steering wheels from 1969 - 1973. Found on the C pillars of a 1971 - 1973 Mercury Cougar XR7 Coupe. We rarely get good used examples of these emblems as they are always badly faded. These mount on the lower part of the roof behind the quarter windows. This part of the roof is also known as the 'C' pillar.

This was an adhesive emblem and has long since fallen off most cars or was removed when the car was painted. Ford offered the 1973 Mercury Cougar hood emblem in two versions as a service replacement part. It is very rare to find them new in the box with the chrome center hood moulding, usually they are found without the chrome. This was found at the Spring 2007 Ford Carlisle show. Once its gone I doubt we will see another anytime soon. Keep in mind we are always looking for Texaco gas station memorabilia for trades! At this point we are mostly looking for poor condition signs.
