This shroud was discontinued by Ford in the mid 1990's. It really is no different in appearance from our reproduction but it does weigh a hefty 2.56 pounds and the reproduction weighs 1.76 pounds. Factory stamped D0ZA-3C511-A. There are three versions of this bracket and all are functionally identical. It appears the early version had no part number in 1970, later in the 1970 model year this version appeared with the D0ZA casting number on it and then in 1971 you see the D1ZA casting number. This is a good used power wire that passes through the firewall, travels along the passenger side engine compartment and mates the the rectangular power window relay. Fits 1969-70 Mercury Cougars with factory power windows. This is a Grade A harness that has been tested and inspected. This harness will look and function correctly. If your original is pitted or has come apart this will be a clean, crack free used replacement that will easily snap in place. We have a reproduction, but the finish is rougher, as shown in the comparison photo. There were originally two versions of this switch: the one shown with both round contact points in plastic, and another which had one in metal.

This used grade "A" bezel for the driver side master switch was used in the latter part of 1970 through the 1972 model year. These do not "pry" off rather they are removed by slipping a small screw driver between the bezel and door panel and depressing the clip tab so as to release it from the master switch housing. We do not have any at this time . . . Very rare part in great condition. This was pulled from a very original 1970 H code XR7 with power windows, tilt column and AC. Technically not correct for 69 in that the shade of green would be darker in 1969. Why this car did not have the xr7 woodgrain delete plate we are unsure.

This tube is embedded into the cylinder head making it rather difficult to remove intact. Note that the nut and ferrule assembly is made of two pieces, with the ferrule being a compression fitting used to secure the smog tubes to a series of ports on the cylinder head. Application is for the FE engines 390, 427 428. This assembly is needed for the installation of the cylinder head air supply tubes. Sold as one nut / one ferrule. 8 total needed for smog tube attaching. Originally these were installed in conjunction with a lower tube.

These were installed at the factory on 390 / 427 / 428 equipped cars that were exported to countries that did not require the smog system. They are much shorter than the over the Ford counter service plugs you see in the states that are put on after one removes the smog system.

This vacuum actuated door assembly was used on several performance motors without Ram Air. When extra air was needed under heavy acceleration the vacuum actuator opened the door on the side of the air cleaner base. The actuator on this unit needs to be rebuilt so this is considered a good core only.

Used spinner hubcap / wheel cover for the Mercury Cougar. This was and optional inset spinner that bolted onto your existing hubcap. 1968 was the first year the dealer option was available. Ford part # C7MA-1130-F

This is the factory Ford remote trunk latch as used on luxury cars such as Thunderbird or Lincoln. As you can see from the photo, they are made (and install) exactly like our Cougar trunk latches, but with the addition of a release tab. These can be installed to use either a cable, vacuum, or solenoid release.

Nice unused space saver spare tire for a Ford. Vintage Good Year brand tire with size F78-14. BF Goodrich is another common brand of tire installed for use with unique storage location, hold down, and inflation bottle. This one does not appear to have been inflated or used on the road. Still has the nubs on the face of the tire as shown.

Factory spare tire hold down bolt for 1969-70 Mercury Cougar convertibles with style steel wheels. Note the felt and jack placement. Overall length 12-1/4 inches. As always, the threads are 1/2"-13.

Unique to 1970 convertible only. Only with stock steel wheels and hubcaps. J bolt MPC lists the length as 6-1/4 inches, with 4 inches on the end threaded but actually there are only 2 1/2" on the threads. Threads 1/2-13.

New Old Stock Ford C4 or C6 transmission modulator valve for 1967-73 Mercury Cougar or 1965-73 Ford and Mustang. Also known as the throttle valve, this valve controls vacuum to the transmission as you press the gas pedal, and it will apply higher control pressure for better quality shifts at higher RPMs. Ford part number C4AZ-7A377-B.

Used servo cover from a 1969-71 Ford C-6 transmission. This cover has the big R cast into it, which designates it as an "R" Intermediate Servo Band Cover. Typically, this cover would be found on U code C6's, from 1968-70 Mercury Cougar and Ford Mustangs with Q or R code 428CJ engines.
