Even though the photo shows a chamfer where an exhaust donut would go, the proper 1967 manifold would have been cast flush, and a butterfly spacer would have been used. This tube is embedded into the cylinder head making it rather difficult to remove intact. Note that the nut and ferrule assembly is made of two pieces, with the ferrule being a compression fitting used to secure the smog tubes to a series of ports on the cylinder head. Sold individually, 8 total needed for smog installation. Application is 1967 - 1970 390, 427. 428CJ engines. In 1975 Ford started making these out of stainless steel. Application is for the FE engines 390, 427 428. This assembly is needed for the installation of the cylinder head air supply tubes. Sold as one nut / one ferrule. 8 total needed for smog tube attaching. Originally these were installed in conjunction with a lower tube.

These were installed at the factory on 390 / 427 / 428 equipped cars that were exported to countries that did not require the smog system. They are much shorter than the over the Ford counter service plugs you see in the states that are put on after one removes the smog system.

Used / refurbished center cap emblem for the Mercury Cougar with XR7 hubcaps / wheel covers. On the XR7 package, this concave aluminum applique was applied to the center of the hubcap / wheel cover. These are always faded, so we've "restored" a few with Sharpies, as shown in the picture. Believe it or not, it works pretty well and allows the shiny aluminum to show through the red. New Old Stock center cap emblem for the Mercury Cougar with XR7 hubcaps / wheel covers. On the XR7 package, this concave aluminum applique was applied to the center of the hubcap / wheel cover. This is the factory Ford remote trunk latch as used on luxury cars such as Thunderbird or Lincoln. As you can see from the photo, they are made (and install) exactly like our Cougar trunk latches, but with the addition of a release tab. These can be installed to use either a cable, vacuum, or solenoid release.

This is a good used, grade A deck lock housing with nothing included except the studs. There will be no major blemishes or pitting and the cover stop in the bottom corner is intact.
