Our grade "B" rods are just as straight as our grade "A" used rods but the will show pock marks from rust after you clean them. One can fill and sand but it will take time. These are still a better value than the Chinese rods we sell.*Note - 1970-73 strut rods work equally well.

A grade pad has not shrunk to the point that the center section will not fit well, it will not be curling and overall will be pliable. We rarely have more than a couple colors on hand but if you state your preference in the comments section we will try to accommodate.

Used end cap with the burl woodgrain for the deluxe door pull straps found in the Mercury Cougar XR7 or Ford Mustang. These units will show a degree of pitting, fine scratches and fading. Also, these door pull strap caps are unique to 1968 and they are not currently being reproduced. 1967 has no border and the woodgrain has a different color and look to it. C8OZ-3C511-B Rear power steering pump support bracket. Also called the high pressure hose indexing bracket. For any 1968 - 1970 Cougar or Mustang with any of the 390 / 427 / 428CJ engines. OEM used part designed to maintain the position of the high pressure power steering hose from coming in contact with with moving or high heat parts. *Note - May or may not work with non-original or replacement high pressure hoses.

This tube is embedded into the cylinder head making it rather difficult to remove intact. Note that the nut and ferrule assembly is made of two pieces, with the ferrule being a compression fitting used to secure the smog tubes to a series of ports on the cylinder head. Application is for the FE engines 390, 427 428. This assembly is needed for the installation of the cylinder head air supply tubes. Sold as one nut / one ferrule. 8 total needed for smog tube attaching. Originally these were installed in conjunction with a lower tube.

These were installed at the factory on 390 / 427 / 428 equipped cars that were exported to countries that did not require the smog system. They are much shorter than the over the Ford counter service plugs you see in the states that are put on after one removes the smog system.

Application - 1968 - 390-4V and 427-4V, and all 1968 - 1970 428 Cobra Jet engines. This is also referred to as the low mount alternator adjusting bracket. It has the Ford stamped casting number of C8AE-10145-B. Ford part number is C8AZ-10145-B.

This rechromed lid is found on many years and cars 1968 - 1971. The diameter of the lid is just over 17 3/4", fits on 17.84" air cleaner bases. Application Mercury Cougar Ford Mustang 302 and 351 engines without ram air. Ford / Mercury have had various part numbers listed for this basic lid over the years. This is a grade 'A' used mirror assembly with no UV damage and has had the mirror lens "re-silvered".
