C7AZ-6582-A Ford engine blue painted valve cover with "Powered by Ford" embossed in the metal. Correct on 1967-1969 Mercury Cougar with 390 engines. This is a very specialized screw that you do not want to fail or make do with an incorrect fitting or stripped screw. When removing your old screw you will most likely have to pull your pedal assembly and have a perfect fitting screw driver to remove the screw as the factory put them in 3-6 foot lbs.Ford part number 380503-S8.

This is the rubber spacer / washer that goes between the bolt head and the metal washer of your seat belt hardware. The purpose of the rubber washer is to dampen any vibrations caused by the movement of the seat belt.Sold individually# 354959-S

Replaces Ford Part #: C0AB-6423240-B. Four required per car, two per side. If your quarter glass is loose in the track and will not roll up and down these rollers are most likely the culprit. When the tracks get gummed up and the window takes too much effort to roll up and down, these brittle old rollers will break. Reproduction Vent Frame Bolt Kit 1967 and 1968 Mercury Cougar and Ford Mustang

Used on the retractors.

These spacer / washers were used on the rear belts of 1968 - 1973 Cougars. 1968 used two per bolt for a total of eight, 69-71 used one per rear belt for a total of four and 72-73 used one per belt on the inner only as the outer belts had a re-tractor in the rear 72-73. They were red to guide the line workers on placement.

Same as 69-73 but with no markings.

New 8-32 set screw for the rear window crank handles. Fits 1968-70 Mercury Cougar and Ford Mustang. Allen hex size of 5/64".

New pan head screws for installing the automatic console shifter bezel. Sold as a set of 4. Used in conjunction with the 3 metal strips to attach the automatic shifter bezel. Correct black pan head Phillips screw. *HINT - The metal strips can be made from any strips of steel, they don't really need the edges folded if you don't cinch them down too tight. Metal strip should be 1-11/16" x 5/8" with a hole in the middle.

Pictured is a complete set of 1967 Hex bolts, spacers and washers. We will make sure they are damage free, rust free, and a complete set removed from the same year of Cougar as yours. There were minor and major changes almost every year so you will want to select the right year. Rear seat belt bolt, four per car used in conjunction with two red washer / spacers. 13/16" hex head, 1-1/4 inch bolt with a 3/16 inch shoulder. Strong "A" on this one as shown. There is another version of this same bolt with a light "A" or smooth head and no markings. See related items.

Good used original seat belt bolt. There were a few different variations of this bolt, some were stamped with a D with triangles, some with E and three triangles and others had no stamping at all. 13/16" hex head, two inch bolt with a 7/8 inch shoulder. 

Used to mount the front retractor to the inner rocker panel. Used in conjunction with a large washer. 13/16" hex head, 1-1/2inch bolt with a 1/2 inch long shoulder. May or may not be marked with a letter "C".

Used Vent Frame Bolt Kit 1967 and 1968 Mercury Cougar and Ford Mustang.Consists of: 1 bolt - 379384-S2 1 bolt - 378694-S 2 lock nuts - 33797-S2 set screws -  375694-S2

Hex head screw for attaching floor drain hole covers. Several different screws were used over the years and at different plants. All seem to be a #8 sheet metal screw of varying lengths. This is a #8 hex washer head tapping screw with 5/8" length. Two screws per drain cover, 2 or 4? per car, not sure. We also have the drain covers. 

Original used oil filler cap adapter for any 1967 Mercury Cougar or 1965-67 Ford Mustang. This is for use with the open emissions, push on oil cap. This adapter allows for slip-on type oil caps to be used on valve covers with the twist-on style cap hole. 1.25" O.D. Will most definitely need a new gasket. These will ship "as found" or fresh from our wrecking yard. Photo is most cases will show a cleaned part for glamour photography shots. Not 100% correct, but close and functional. In 1967 - 1968 there were eight per wheel lip moulding, two per fender extension moulding, two per center grille moulding and five per hood lip moulding for a total of 50 screws. In 1969 - 1973 they were used on the wheel lips mouldings. The 1971 - 1973 hood lip mouldings used the same screw but it was 5/8" tall. Sold as a box of 100.

Bolt for installing the front inner and outer bumper brackets to frame rail, and rear bumper brackets to body inside of trunk. Sold individually, 8 per car.

Self threading speed nut for attaching "COUGAR' scrip emblems to the rear quarter panel of any 68 - 70 Mercury Cougar. Sold individually, 4 needed per emblem. Whereas these work fine, the originals were an acorn style nut and look very different.

24 Reproduction Phillips head screws that are used in a variety of applications on the Mercury Cougar or Ford Mustang. This phosphate & oil (gray-black) colored unit features a wide flat head and is used for attaching the stainless roof side weatherstrip rail. However, it has other interior applications as well.  Also sold individually.
