Unlike our rebuilt units that feature a lifetime warranty, these new units only carry a one year warranty and when you factor in the machining costs and steel cost you know that they cannot afford to sell them at this price and use the $200 dollar a gallon rubber used in our rebuilt units.
In all fairness, Ford never used the extreme duty rubber back in the day either. That being said these are a decent unit at a reasonable cost, especially for those of you that have not core to exchange on one of our rebuilt units.
