Used rear driver side (left hand and passenger side (right hand) courtesy / opera light housings for the Mercury Cougar. The rear courtesy / opera light was standard on all XR7 Cougars, but were a popular option on decor and standard level interior Cougars. These units are marked LH for the driver side and RH for the passenger side. Also sold individually, see related items. Nice lower quality ignition coil for those of you on a tighter budget. A wee bit cheaper than the other performance coils we offer like the Yellow Top Coil or the Pertronix Flamethrower series coils, but still a great buy and very reliable.   

These replacement "Yellowtop" ignition coils are copies of the original. Nice reproduction cosmetically and functionally. This is a very prominent piece and a must have when trying to detail your engine compartment properly. Replaces Ford part # B6A-12029-B.   Note, no decals are included. Used metal indicator lens bezel for the Mercury Cougar. This is for late 1967 through 1968 which uses the small housing. The early 1967 lens was taped to the back of the dash pad. Be aware that there are 2 sizes. This bezel is for the brake, belt and turn indicators. It also is for the high beam on the 1967 which used the small indicator. On the 1968 Cougars, they had the large high beam indicator.

Used tested red lamp for the rear defog or heated back lite option for all 1971-73 Mercury Cougar and Ford Mustang with that factory option. These are tested, and the lights do work, there is a bulb sealed inside. According to the Ford MPC, this also was used on full sized Ford and Mercury cars.

Four of these set at the top of the instrument cluster in the 1971-73 Cougar, evenly spaced over the four gauge pods. They are "tender" from age and heat but are intact without chips or cracks.

Used jumper wire with correct ends for doubling back on the tachometer leads from the under dash harness. Works for all generations 1967-68, 1969-70, and 1971-73 Ford anything and Mercury, and Mercury Cougar with factory tachometers. If your tachometer goes bad, you will not start or keep your engine running. Good for bypassing tachometers for testing and getting home. Keep in your glove compartment or tool box.

Brake switch jumper wire, 4 inch long extension. Bridges the under dash wiring harness and the brake light switch. Not used on many cars, we suspect that it was used on the assembly line when the brake switch plug didn't reach the brake switch. Adding one of these jumpers, saved time from re-routing the under dash wiring harness. This jumper can also be used to repair bad stop light connectors on 1967-70 Cougars and Mustangs (and other Fords) by cutting off the male end and splicing it...
