Threaded anchor that slides into the trunk hinge on each side. Sold individually, two needed per car. These are for Cougar and Mustang built before approximately 3/31/1971. Look for bolt spacing of 3 inches on those trunk lids.  Ford number 6242752. *Note - Trunks after March 31, 1971, used a different anchor plate. Bolt spacing of about 3 inches.

These keep the trunk hinge spring rods from rattling. These are a reproduction of the anti-rattler for 67-68 Cougar / 65-68 Mustang.   Replaces Ford part # C5ZZ-6545028. These barrel nuts or clips are exactly like the original ones inserted into the trunk for attaching 1967-68 "Mercury" script, and 1971-72 Mercury Cougar "Mercury" Hood scripts. The manufacturer indicates that these tubular nuts fit 1/8" holes. Pin size on those emblems are 3/32". These clips are also used to attach the 1967 quarter panel emblems. Reproduction bolts for the deck/trunk lid latch for the Mercury Cougar or Ford Mustang. This is a set of five bolts and will fit both the standard and XR7. Total of 5 bolts used 1969-73, 1967-68 Cougars will only use 2. We think that Mustangs use 5 on all years 1967-73. AMK F-227 Check out this video

Bracket tack welded in the trunk to reinforce the rear structure for mounting the rear bumper. Ford part number C7ZZ-17B862-A, fits all 1967-68 Mercury Cougar and Ford Mustang. These are sold individually, these are not side specific. There is also a reproduction version available. Used part cut from a 1967-68 Mercury Cougar, some spot welds will need to be drilled out on your end. Picture shows approximately what you will receive.

Reproduction metal rear deck / trunk lid moulding / trim clip for the Mercury Cougar. This clip comes with a correct looking nut and works with the 1967-68 aluminum trim and the 1969-70 stainless steel trim. Gasket used to seal the lock cylinders to the exterior door on all 1967 - 1973 Mercury Cougar and Ford Mustang as well as the trunk lock gasket on all 1969-73 Mercury Cougar. It is not used for the trunk lock cylinder on the 1967 - 1968 Mercury Cougar because they uses a flip up trunk lock cover that instead uses a gasket between the covers housing and the trunk. This is the 1.37" X 1.66 X .31 plastic grommet that goes inside the trunk to protect the trunk wires from rubbing the edges of the sheet metal body. This grommet was also used for the hood light wiring under the hood.
