Description

These were installed only on early production 1967 Cougars but can be installed on any 1967 Cougar. Later in the year they quit installing these and just used a rubber plug to fill the hole. 1968 was not drilled for these. Sold as a pair.

My mid 67' did not appear to come with these and only had filler rubber plugs. I put these on to try and help straighten out a misaligned deck lid. they helped a little. I wasn't able to get them in the hole until I trimmed a little off the plug insert.
