This emblem is perfect. I would say the chrome is likely better than original.

I received fast service and the parts were excellent quality. I would recommend West Coast Classic Cougar to anyone.

Very pleased with the trunk lid emblem. Had our 67 Cougar body restored and painted the original Lime Frost green and an emblem was a must have.

The part I received was fine. Here's the problem, I sent back several parts and some core charge items over a month ago. The POC, Mr. Darrel Niemeyer has not responded to my repeated requests for reimbursement.

When going down the rabbit hole of having my car repainted last year I started falling victim to the "might as wells". As I watched the subtotals on my saved wishlists add up little by little I got that feeling down my stomach that tells you "maybe you are spending a bit much." So I decided to dial it back a scosche and instead of getting all the script emblems just to get the one on the fender extension since the others would be easier to change down the road. Moments after unboxing that emblem and comparing it to the dingy, albeit decent condition, take offs from my car I was back on WCCC ordering the remaining emblems to have a matching set. As luck would have it this trunk Mercury script was sold out. No matter, I could pop it on at any point. I waited 9 months for this to come back in stock. 9 months of people asking "what are those 4 holes on your trunk for?" 9 months of wanting to punch those people in the face. 9 months. When I got the back in stock notification I held my breath as a navigated to the site and bought. The day it arrived I swear to you I heard could hear angels singing. Yesterday I got my car out of storage and the very first thing I did was pop it on. My car is finally complete!
