    Cons:
I bought the kit when reinstalling my interior because I needed the smaller screws and had the larger ones shown in the picture with the large flat head. I was going to use all new screws since I was already there, but when I went to put the larger screws in at the bottom of the rear panels they were too short. They hardly stick through the plastic sleeve the protrudes through the back of the panel. I went ahead and used the original long screws, since I really bought this kit to use the smaller screws. Beware if you are buying this to utilize all the screws, only the smaller screws will work. There is another set similar to this set, part #41195 that looks similar. Perhaps all the screws in this kit will work.
