We have had this rare roof material reproduced! The material comes in a 54" wide roll and we give you twelve running feet which is more than enough to do one 69-70 Cougar (Unless you have power sunroof). This is an exact replacement for a 1970 remote sport mirror. Nearly indistinguishable from a 1968. Obviously a larger ball and longer than found on 1969, 1971-73 remote mirrors. This threaded replacement wand will require you to cut 8/32" fine threads in your original controller. Perfect fit, great reproduction. These plastic discs are found on all 69-70 convertibles on the rear of both decor and xr7 interior levels. We are unclear as to all the "exact" applications on all years and models but one application we have verified is the fronts of 1971 - 73 Cougars equipped with standard interior. This is actually not correct for a 1968 but it is all that is available in reproduction. The 1968 front is actually the same 4 1/4" length as the rear. Many people prefer the longer version as it makes it easier to roll up. We do have good used 1968 front cranks for those who prefer to stay with original. The portion that attaches to the splined shaft on the window regulator protrudes from the back 3/16" (as shown on the left in the comparison picture) and will not clear the 71-73 door panels...

This handle is a good replacement for the window cranks found on the 1971 - 1972 Cougar both front and back. The originals were 4 1/4" total length and this replacement handle is 4 7/8" long. The important detail on these is the fact that the female portion that attaches to the splined window regulator protrudes from the back 5/16". These are correct for XR7 or standard 1967 models. Used handles are almost always pitted due to lack of use. These are different than the front in that they are held on with an Allen set screw and are shorter in length. Replaces Ford Part #: C5ZZ-6530322-A. *NOTE* We have no good used examples of these rear window cranks as they are very prone to pitting over the years.

This is a good used original rear window crank with no obvious scratches or pitting. May or may not come with random colored knob. Spare Tire Mount Wing Nut Reproduction for the 1968 through 1973 Mercury Cougar / Ford Mustang

For 1968 Ford standardized or changed all of the J-bolt threads to the beefier 1/2"-13. We have noted two variations of this wing nut. The most obvious identifier between the two is the tabs in the center. The majority have these tabs present, the minority do not. We also stock and carry the correct disc or hold down plate, and the J bolt. Lots of sizes and lengths for those. Do you have the correct one?
