Product Condition Grades
Below is a general description of what the criteria is for our product condition grades. These are generalizations that are intended to give you an idea of the condition of the product at a quick glance. Because different parts degrade at different rates, there are variances in what the letters represent, please see the products description for details about the condition of any particular product.
A = Excellent / Above Average
B = Average / Some flaws / Good to Excellent Driver Quality
C = Obvious flaws / Poor to Average Driver Quality
D, E, F = Worse, Worser, Worsest
Premium quality door speaker covers that have the OE correct durable metal grille mesh, unlike the economy version which is made entirely from plastic. The plastic version is much easier to accidentally punch a hole in and will not stand up as well over time. These grills also include the original style aluminum "stereo" decals, as compared to the economy version which has a simple sticker. Sold as a pair.
All 1969-70 Mustang and Cougar door panels are equipped with a factory perforated "knock out" section in the lower front corner. Once you remove your door panels and look at the backside, there will be no guess as to where to cut and install. If your door panels will not stay fastened an added bonus to installing these is that they are held on with screws which keep the front corners of your panels pulled tight to the door.
These pictures show what every 69-70 door panel looks like on the backside. They are all perforated from the factory to accept speakers.
