What did you LIKE about your experience? * :

I am fairly new to WCCC, four or five orders (at the time of writing), but I am blessed to have found WCCC for sure. I had a small problem, couldn't find anything to work for the condensation drain on my a/c evaporator. Tried all sort of Auto-Store hoses, ideas, rigging, and nothing would allow the "bend" needed to get through the firewall w/o kinking the hose, which of course made it useless. I found WCCC site through a Duck Duck Go search for "replacing a heater core on a 1969 Mercury Cougar." That took me to a video, where I watched the removal video provided by WCCC AND ! ! ! ! when it got to the point where it showed removing the drain line, a link lit up with something to the effect of "part #" and I clicked it, and WHAA LAA, one happy happy man. I love how almost every part has a video on how to install/replace, and/or every video has a clickable link to the part. Genius. The forum and the people who are dedicated to it take personal individual issues and walk you through an honest answer that is easily followed, not the usual stuff you find where if you aren't an expert yourself, you can't understand the answer, it's a specific correct answer, not generic - leaving you with more questions and more confused or frustrated. Excellent excellent stuff here! And, "service" is a weak word for what WCCC does, the staff is fantastic and has held my hand and walked me through every operator to keyboard error I've made, nonjudgmental, friendly, helpful and extremely professional. What a wonderful wonderful experience. I feel real bad for car owners who have not yet learned that WCCC exists. I'm here to tell you, everybody I know does, cuz I can't stop praising them for everything they offer, do, and stand behind it all without reservation. Thank you WCCC... and, Darrell ... YOU ARE THE MAN! YOU ROCK !

Also, the 1157 to LED! Worth it.

Purchased a set of wire wheel covers for our 68 Cougar to complete the option content as show in our Marti report. Was pleased at the condition of three caps that Don sold me. Had to return one due to some curb rash and the Westcoast folks gladly sorted out the issue by selecting a replacement and had it polished before shipping. Now we have a complete set for our vehicle that will be shown at AACA events. The business with this group has been fantastic all the way through the entire restoration. 

The knowledge, products and service are exceptional and stand out in the industry. Great job and keep up the good work.

My 1973 Cougar exhaust manifold was cracked. West Coast Classic Cougar agreed to notify me when a used drivers side exhaust manifold was available, which they did. I purchased the manifold and I received it 2 days later. Manifold looks good, fit and function should be just fine!

Purchased the cooling system package for the 289 V8. Has the 24" radiator, big block fan, fan clutch, and shroud. All parts fit as expected and the "how to" YouTube video was a big help.

I have been dealing with Don [at WCCC] a very long time, he knows what he's talking about and knows his Cougars!

Brake booster failed on our 1970 Mach1. We had ordered a new 2022 Mach1 to match the old one and the dealer wanted to use both cars in a promotional ad. When we received the replacement booster it failed within a few minutes of installation. I contacted WCCC and they responded very rapidly and had a replacement out the same day. Got car back together the morning of the photo shoot and all worked out great. WCCC has always been a pleasure doing business with. THANKS

I have been a cougar owner for just shy of 30 years, I have been dealing with part problems for a very long time. The people at WCCC have always be honest, and overly helpfull. I now have a 1970 XR-7 mostly rebuilt, and my son has a 1968 base model. I have made the trek to Salem a few times now and its amazing to see in person. I know we will be able to keep these cars running for a long time to come! Thank you guys!

I’ve bought filter element and gas filter… they fitted very well in my 1973 Mach 1 Mustang. 10 to 15 days to arrive at my house in Brazil! No problem at all! Thanks!
