Must have item on the "70" Cougar. Tried finding a nice one but its nearly impossible. By the time you get a nice used one re-chrome and paint it you will probably still not have one as nice as this reproduction. I had one issue with my grille however. Be careful when removing the packaging from the grille. Be very easy on removing the paper wrapped around it. I removed the paper quickly ripping it off. Unfortunately when they painted the black section where you apply the walking cougar, the paint was not yet cured to the metal. The paper was sticking to the paint and I ripped a small section of the paint off. Will touch it it up and it will be fine. Be careful with the paper packaging! Still a Gorgeous grille.

The part looks like new. The craftsmanship looks to be very good quality to my eye. The price was right as well. I will have to do minor work on the hood to fit the grille but it is not because of the part. The hood has some minor issues.
