A hit and run damaged the rear valance on my XR7G. I fabricated a new G valance with transfer of the cutout pattern from the old one. I had it painted and decided to order new horseshoe trim rings as the chrome was gone off of the existing trim rings. These new ones from WCCC were beautiful, but the pin locations were off. The website said to not flex them and the alignment was too much. I did not install them. Would recommend a cutout pattern for these trim rings be provided and clearly identified in the item description. Jim
Quality and look is good. Being symmetrical it was easy to trace the trim rings and make a pattern to install them. I used the mounting hole for the bumper guard as the centerline for mine as the exhaust was centered under the bumper guards. The one quirk is that if you look at them peg side up, the right peg is one size smaller than the center and left guard. The flat nuts supplied with them are all the same size. They fit tightly on the center and left pegs, but you'll have to find a smaller size for the right pegs when it comes time to mount them. See photo for example.
