UK Customers / EU Customers

We are using a new shipping service where international shipments now include the Duties/Tax/Fees, so currently we can not offer USPS/Mail Innovations if the order is over 135GBP/150EUR, since USPS can not pay duties/taxes. If the order is less than 135GBP/150EUR, we can pay the taxes directly to the EU/UK and we can ship USPS/Mail Innovations*. All orders over 135GBP/150EUR have to ship UPS/DHL so we can use DDP to cover the Duties/Tax/Fees. This has allowed us to resume shipments of any value to the UK and EU.

TIP: You will likely be able to ship your order for less cost if you ship any items over 135GBP/150EUR on one order via UPS, then break the rest of the order up into orders of less than 135GBP/150EUR.

By breaking your orders up into less than 135GBP/150EUR:

you will avoid the import duties on those orders
less expensive shipping methods are available
you will avoid some UPS fees

Canadian Customers

We have worked with UPS to waive some of the brokerage fees. The rates shown now include all UPS fees. We have also added DHL, which offers lower cross boarder fees.

Our shipping provider has added Duties Prepaid options for US Postal Service options to Canada. This has allowed us to resume USPS shipments to Canada.

However, beware that this is a new process for the Post Office, so sometimes Canada Post shows the duties and taxes COD, when they are actually prepaid. If this happens, first inform Canada Post that the shipment was sent duties prepaid (DDP). If they still require you to pay the duties before delivery, please contact us.

US Postal Service (USPS)

Our new international shipping system supports international shipments via USPS only if the order total (including shipping to most countries) is below the Duty/Tax De Minimis for your country (View De Minimis Chart).
Exceptions:
UK orders upto 135GBP
EU orders upto 150EUR

The US Postal Service (USPS) has suspended services to over a dozen countries (see complete list).
UPS Worldwide Services \ DHL Worldwide can still be delivered to these locations.

Let me preface this review, I understand this is a nearly 50 year old part, however I feel the listing page for this replacement was misleading.

Upon browsing for this replacement grille, the product page provided multiple pictures and the prompt 'Only 1 Left' As such I was left to assume the pictures of this product were going to be the same grille I would receive. Sadly, this was not the case.

The grille I received was in much worse shape than the 'Grade B' part shown in the pictures, with large amounts of rust in the fins and dirt caked in the rear. 3 of the 4 mounting points were either broken or missing hardware.

What I was provided will work, as the page says 'to fill a hole' but its going to require more work than I was expecting. At this price point, if I had seen the actual pictures of the grille I would receive, I would have waited and saved up for the repro that is also for sale here.
