Overall the harness is perfectly usable. The connectors were correct for the year and the harness was fairly clean and in good shape for the age with no dried up wires or breaks in the insulation. However, when I opened the box, one of the splices had come apart in shipping. I tested the rest of the splices that I could see and a few more came loose in my hand with very minimal pressure. I could imagine them easily coming loose while tugging and moving the harness while installing it in a car, so I removed the new electrical tape that had been applied to the harness and found a much larger number of splices. The description of the product said "one or two repairs" but it seems there were many more than this, more like 5 repairs comprising a number of splices each. Not a big deal for the most part, but a number of the splices that were under by the electrical tape were also loose and had to be repaired. I would suggest to WCCC that each splice be soldered instead of using crimps on future versions of this to ensure no intermittent circuits happen. I still think it's a decent deal if you need a harness but don't mind that it's made from pieces , but I now think the price was a bit high for the amount of work I needed to do on it.
