I purchased this item and it arrived in excellent condition. It fit perfectly... with some careful fingering. Point of interest: I got the mirror half in the mount when I decided to heat the whole thing up in some HOT water. I didn't want to remove the mirror and give up all the progress I had made, so I left the mirror half in. DON'T! ...When I pulled the whole thing out of the water, I realized that the brand new silvering had been changed. There were some slight water marks or something that weren't there before. I was then able to get the mirror in the rest of the way, even though I'm now debating on begging Don to allow me to order another replacement at a "morons" price. --Don't heat up mirror mount with NEW mirror in place--
I had no clue how to install it. I watched a video instructing me to soak the vinal back in hot water to soften it up. Getting the mirror's last corner in was b it tricky but doable. Thanks for the video.
