International Customers

Due to some ongoing challenges with the software we use to generate customs data and print shipping labels for international orders,
orders may take upto 7 days before we are able to generate the shipping label. If the order has USED item or items that need to be shipped from the supplier to us, it can take significantly longer.

Also be aware that even though we ship items with the proper documentation to show that duties and taxes are prepaid, some Postal Services are ignoring this and still charging these fees at delivery. If this occurs to you, please send us a copy of the receipt showing the tracking number with the fees paid and we can get the Duties/Taxes we charged to you refunded.

UK Customers / EU Customers

We are using a new shipping service where international shipments now include the Duties/Tax/Fees, so currently we can not offer USPS/Mail Innovations if the order is over 135GBP/150EUR, since USPS can not pay duties/taxes. If the order is less than 135GBP/150EUR, we can pay the taxes directly to the EU/UK and we can ship USPS/Mail Innovations*. All orders over 135GBP/150EUR have to ship UPS/DHL so we can use DDP to cover the Duties/Tax/Fees. This has allowed us to resume shipments of any value to the UK and EU.

TIP: You will likely be able to ship your order for less cost if you ship any items over 135GBP/150EUR on one order via UPS, then break the rest of the order up into orders of less than 135GBP/150EUR.

By breaking your orders up into less than 135GBP/150EUR:

you will avoid the import duties on those orders
less expensive shipping methods are available
you will avoid some UPS fees

Canadian Customers

We have worked with UPS to waive some of the brokerage fees. The rates shown now include all UPS fees. We have also added DHL, which offers lower cross boarder fees.

Our shipping provider has added Duties Prepaid options for US Postal Service options to Canada. This has allowed us to resume USPS shipments to Canada.

However, beware that this is a new process for the Post Office, so sometimes Canada Post shows the duties and taxes COD, when they are actually prepaid. If this happens, first inform Canada Post that the shipment was sent duties prepaid (DDP). If they still require you to pay the duties before delivery, please contact us.

Turkey Customers

The international shipping software we use requires that we pre-collect and pre-pay the duties and taxes. Because of recent changes to Turkey import laws, Turkey no longer supports this. Because of this you will need to use a shipping broker for us to ship items to you.

US Postal Service (USPS)

Our new international shipping system supports international shipments via USPS only if the order total (including shipping to most countries) is below the Duty/Tax De Minimis for your country (View De Minimis Chart).
Exceptions:
UK orders upto 135GBP
EU orders upto 150EUR

The US Postal Service (USPS) has suspended services to over a dozen countries (see complete list).
UPS Worldwide Services \ DHL Worldwide can still be delivered to these locations.

Very nice floor mats will fit very well into my 68s. The floor mats are very well made and have a high quality. The shipment to Germany has worked very well. From now on I am a new regular customer from Germany. Thanks to WCCC for easy handling. Greetings from Germany

Really pleased with the look and material. As others have mentioned, they could maybe be a little wider, but I didn't find it to be that big of an issue.

1969 XR7 Everything about the mats is great except the front mat size could be a few inches wider for the front driver side to cover the factory carpet mat area..Oddly the ACC advertisement that came with them listed these as 1967-1968 Mercury Cougar (FM18 & FM18R ) I went to their website and tried to build them specifically for 1969 and the same #'s popped up and no dimensions to determine if there is a difference,. so who knows.

Would the 71-73 work better?

The box came flattened like a pancake with new tape on it but the product survived the UPS abuse!

Width & Length to short.

These mats arrived with a couple weeks and are absolutely beautiful, and the quality is top notch. Unfortunately, I have to agree with previous reviews about correct fit as they should be about 2 inches longer and 2 inches wider. The length isn't as much of an issue as the width, as it doesn't cover the vinyl material sewn into the carpet on the drivers side of my 67'.
