packaging mess

The power steering pump I received looks very good. I have not installed it yet so I do not know how it works. But I must say the unit was packaged horribly. It was in a plastic bag that was tubular with no seal on the top or bottom. It was placed in a box with foam peanuts. Because the plastic bag had no seal on either end the foam peanuts got all into the pump. I spent no less than 30 minutes tweezing and vacuuming small foam debris out of every nook and cranny in the pump. I am just hoping none of the small foam pieces made their way into the guts of the pump beyond where I could see to tweeze and vacuum them out and cause an issue. You all should really seal the bag to prevent such senseless issues.

So I order this piece but it was damaged in transit. Not only did they replace the piece but also refunded my money. I was so happy with the service I spent $200 more dollars a week later. Thanks.
