    Pros:
    • Not expensive
    • Does the job after some modification.
    Cons:
    • Will not fit without re drilling holes.
When the description say "Very nice reproduction of the drivers side muffler hanger as found on 1970 - 1973 Mercury Cougar and Ford Mustang. Every thing looks correct, riveted rubber and stamped steel brackets as original." I expect the part to at least fit without modifications. It doesn't. Together with the passenger side hanger this one had the mounting holes drilled in a wrong place and too far from each other, at least to fit a 1970 Cougar. Anyway, these are cheap reproductions and will do the job on a driver car, if you need hangers that are spot on correct Scott Fuller make them @ almost 4 times the cost.
Picture show pass side, but the difference from original is the same

The rubber was not long enough for a 1970 Cougar by about 1" and the holes for the muffler attachment were in the wrong place. Possibly I just happened to get a bad one. I returned it with no issues.
