These are 100% correct reproductions for the 1968 Mercury Cougar XR7-G, but will fit any 1967-68 Cougar. These will NOT lay flat against the valance, as the originals did not. These are beveled on purpose and if you attempt to straighten them they WILL break. The reproductions that do lay flat against the valance are no longer being produced.
