Used in conjunction with Ford fan part # C9ZZ-8600-C that is stamped C9ZE-E. Features a parkerized shaft with an integral mounting flange. The aluminum portions are finished with silver cadmium and are mated together with filister head, Phillips machine screws (8) and an additional crimping operation was used to assemble the front and rear housings. The radial curved spring was originally finished in gold cadmium. This assembly stands 2 5/8" tall when set on its front surface, and the distance from the fan mounting surface to the water pump surface is 1 1/16". The four SEMS marked bolts measure 1 1/16" tall and cannot be removed from the mounting flange without disassembling the unit. The alpha numeric ink code stamped on the front of this unit is A29J. Hyden sells an inexpensive replacement for this clutch with a part number 2705 (1.53" shaft, 3.25" bolt circle diameter, 7.23" diameter clutch body). The bolts with captured washers used to attach the fan to the clutch (not shown) are 3/4" long and feature a circle inside of a circle with a faint letter "B" in the middle, I have also seen a more pronounced letter "F" on some bolts, please see the listing in the fastener section.

*NOTE* Never store these with the shaft pointed down as the viscous silicon-based oil will leak out over time.
