    Nice reproduction of the original alternator wiring harness, 2 pin dog bone style connector and wire colors match up to the original Ford drawings. Application is 1969 Mercury Cougar XR7 and Eliminator models with factory tachometer, or 1969 Ford Mustang without factory tachometer option, all with Boss 302/351/390/428CJ engines. Ford service number C9ZZ-14305-S.

    *Caution, not for use with Cougar standard models or Mustang with alternator warning light

    My earlier review I thought the 2 dog bone connector was not correct for Eliminator with tach, thinking it should be the 3 dog bone connector. Sorry I was mistaken. The 3 bone has a 4 prong plug in to the wire harness and my harness is a 3 prong. Sorry I was in error

    Not positive but I think Eliminator- w/ Ammeter & Tach. should be the 3 pin dog bone type.
    Also the two plastic caps that came with the harness are both large, there should be one large & one small.
