Reproduction manual choke cable and knob. This one closely resembles the factory manual choke as found on all 1969-70 Mercury Cougar Eliminators with the G code Boss 302 engine and the 1969-70 Ford Boss 302 Mustang. Reproduction vinyl sleeve for the choke cable on the 1970 Cougar or Mustang equipped with a 390 or 428CJ. This sleeve protects the cable from rubbing on anything and prevent possible fraying.

These spacer / washers were used on the rear belts of 1968 - 1973 Cougars. 1968 used two per bolt for a total of eight, 69-71 used one per rear belt for a total of four and 72-73 used one per belt on the inner only as the outer belts had a re-tractor in the rear 72-73. They were red to guide the line workers on placement. Sized like the originals, but do not have the dimples all over. 0.53" ID x 0.88" OD.

Excellent reproduction of the little 1 1/8" wide plastic emblem found on every 1970 - 1974 three spoke steering wheel pad. Good used pit free emblem that would be good for restoration. Notice the clips are in place and there are no cracks in the plastic backing. The example picture of the installed emblem is what they looked like when restored. These mount on the lower part of the roof behind the quarter windows. This part of the roof is also known as the 'C' pillar.

Used COUGAR Script Quarter Panel Emblem for the 1969 and 1970 Mercury Cougar

Not 100% correct, but close and functional. In 1967 - 1968 there were eight per wheel lip moulding, two per fender extension moulding, two per center grille moulding and five per hood lip moulding for a total of 50 screws. In 1969 - 1973 they were used on the wheel lips mouldings. The 1971 - 1973 hood lip mouldings used the same screw but it was 5/8" tall. Sold as a box of 100.

Good used condition, hard to find with perfect chrome. Often times there will be some shrinkage in the rubber.  We cannot guarantee that we will always have the more obscure colors in stock like aqua. We seldom have black in stock. FYI

This vinyl piece glues to the center of your block off plated on Cougars not equipped with AC. These often times have shrunk slightly over time. We cannot guarantee to always have all the colors in stock. Call for color availability or put desired color into the comments section of your order.

This small sized Cougar emblem (1 3/8" long) was used on 1969 - 1973 Cougars without AC. It was affixed to a block off plate in the very venter of the dash by two peened over die cast studs. It will glue back in place nicely and many Cougar fans have found fun "custom" applications for this attractive piece. This emblem will not be pitted or scratched in any way.

Grade "A" pit free original metal emblem for your Eliminator or Standard model Cougar. If you look closely at our picture you will in fact see tiny imperfections in the chrome. Original part removed from an Eliminator parts car many years ago. This area of the door often cracks due to the stress caused by worn out hinges. This twelve piece kit includes six screws and six form fitting washers to reinforce the recessed areas that often crack. These are the screws that secure the door latch mechanism to the door shell. These screws come with the attached crown headed lock washer, just like the originals, so be sure to tighten them down snugly to ensure that the screw head sits flush into the screw holes. You may consider buying our grade "B" door over our grade "A" door if you are doing a high end restoration. Here is the reasoning; due to the design of the 69-70 door, silt is trapped in all of the door corners, these tight recesses always have silt collected in them and when you add moisture you get corrosion. Our grade "A" doors do not have noticeable blisters but since there is no paint or sound deadener in the depths of the corners we know there is some amount of corrosion taking place...

These are the same left to right, convertible or coupe. These appear to be made from the same thickness of aluminum as original and weigh .44 pounds as opposed to .50 for the originals but the aluminum used is not nearly the quality of originals. You can literally mutilate these parts with your fingers as you would an aluminum can. We recommend the premium quality sills. Ford never made these in stainless but what a great upgrade! The advantage we see with these is that they do not dent or scratch as easy when you release your seat belt. They also can be polished easily (unlike anodized aluminum). These weigh 1.5 pounds each, triple of what the originals weigh.
