For those wanting to make their own "custom" package tray this will assist you in getting the correct dimensions the first time. This template is traced from a reproduction packege tray onto a piece of butcher paper.

If losing weight in your 1969 - 1970 Coupe is what you are after then this would be a good part for you as it weighs less than one pound and the original weighs approximately five pounds. The original is made of the same material as the sound deadener found under the carpet and we rarely get good examples in stock.

Unfortunately this is yet another incorrect reproduction made by someone who has never even sat in a Cougar. No embossment, no courtesy light holes if you have xr7 and no foil backing. These are sold as a pair. These fasteners were used to keep your package tray in place. In 1969 - 1970 the two clips were held in place with screws. Sold individually. We have seen various tech type screw with both large and small heads on them for fastening these clips. Same clip as was used in 1967-68, but without the push clip. We try to supply the screw, but you would likely want to get fresh ones, they are nothing special.Replaces Ford part number C4AB-6246698-A.

This knurled nut is located under the front slides in each corner (1 per side, 2 per car) and is used to adjust the height of the sun roof panel.

This strip has a series of five retaining clips that hold the headlining panel to the roof panels as seen on page 14 of the sun roof manual.This is for the 1971-73 Mercury Cougar with factory sunroof. Sunroof measurements are roughly 19-1/2 x 39 inches. This panel is 32-1/4 inches long with 5 clips as shown.

Can be used on fixed and tilt columns, from 1968-73, on all Mercury Cougars, Ford Mustangs, and most all other Ford steering columns with a lower tube with inside diameter of 1-5/8 inches.
