    Description

Thoroughly tested and working sequential assembly as found in the trunk, for the early (inception until 1-3-1967) built 1967 Cougar. Check the wiring in your car to make sure this is the one you need.

We test these on a mock up board that has fresh bulbs, cleaned connections, cleaned grounds, etc, basically ideal testing conditions. Detail cleaning electrical contacts and grounds on your car goes a long way to making your electrical components function properly. We will warranty these used units for 90 days from purchase.

We highly suggest using our modern solid state unit as these were never designed to last 40 years and were often problematic from their inception. Check out our comparison diagram below to see the correct solid state replacement we offer (click image to enlarge):

*NOTE* Need help diagnosing a Cougar turn signal problem? Victor Yarberry is the world’s most knowledgeable expert on the subject. Vic has owned Cougars since the 1970's and is the designer of all of our solid state sequential systems. There is no question he cannot answer! Here is a link to a great source of information on the subject.
