Many of our customers have asked and requested how we clean and detail our parts. We use a combination of items, mostly fine steel wool and elbow grease. Cleans haze, crud, and years of oxidation and water spots from glass, aluminum, chrome, and rubber. 

Correct size and style white square plastic insert that clips onto front or rear license plate bracket on any 1967-73 Mercury Cougar. Each kit allows one license plate to be mounted. The actual screw has a large head which is made for license plates, but is not the factory Ford style of fastener for Concours judged cars. This used original Bendix spacer bracket is mounted to the rear of the brake booster on the 69 - 70 Cougar and Mustang. These spacer brackets sometimes come up missing when purchased from discount booster rebuilders. If you get a booster that has a piece of plate steel and spacers in place of this stamped steel bracket, it is a go around (homemade).
